Ideal for individual business owners, staff, and companies. We can accommodate anything from 1-400 in our shoot packages – on location at your premises, or at one of our studios (Norwood or Adelaide Hills). If you are ready to make a booking please do so below.
Headshot Laboratory has a professional studio less than 5 minutes from the CBD and also one in Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills. With on-site parking, it is very simple for clients to pop in for their headshot. Time is critical for busy professionals, and we understand that some clients don’t want to spend hours getting their headshots with a variety of looks. We can keep it simple and elegant and get your headshots done in 20 minutes, or less if necessary – but it’s always nice to take some time to craft the best image possible. We work with a tethered camera system to allow clients to see the images on a large screen straight away, and we make sure you are 100% happy with your images before you leave.
If you’d prefer to have your headshots done on-site, we can come to your premises and set up a studio in a suitably large space. We can handle groups from 4-400 on location. We require a large space to set up backdrops and lighting, and (where possible) car parking on site for the van for easy setup and pack down is required (or at the very least a loading zone with nearby car parking for the duration of the shoot).
We can also shoot outdoors. Outdoor shoots are more challenging due to weather, variable lighting, wind and interference (other people) but if we work together to select a suitable location we can do our best to find an area that is quiet that will provide a stunning background. Please note that we still need to bring professional lighting to our outdoor shoots.

Please note that for the Company Corporate Location package, the setup time is around 1 hour with an assistant (inc.). We require a space around 4m x 3.5m, or larger if possible, to achieve the best results with the lighting setup. We ideally need around 10 / 15 mins per person if time permits, but can manage tighter schedules if required. We shoot tethered to a laptop and get each person to select their favourite shot before they leave.
